• We switch to Malay novel, also sells very well. Other publisher starts doing it.
• Thanks to competitors and writer’s ego, sales drop(for every novel publisher). Jaafar Taib laugh again “See? they’re just following our footsteps”
• 2008, We(Malaysian) is sick of all these Japanese and American comics and toons. Gila-Gila will rise again. But not as just another magazine, but as a savior to all the rubbish we see on the bookstore rack. Also as an IP(intelectual property) library of pure Malaysian story. Jaafar Taib laugh again “Now we can see the result of Gila-Gila VS Others and Novel Creative Vs Others”
• A 30 years long struggle is about to come to the climax(for now).

Stand proud, Gila-Gila fans. We are the truth. And truth never sells well.

The old Virtuemart payment module system is changed after 1.1.0 release. My old Maybank2u payment module break and I don’t have the time time to recreate a proper module for it. So for people who want to use Virtuemart 1.1.x with a Maybank2u.com merchant account. Follow these steps:

1. Login to your VM admin interface and go to Store>Add Payment Method.
2. Fill out the first tab with anything you like, except for:
   • Payment class name = ps_payment
   • Payment method type = HTML form-based
3. Open the next tab(configuration), copy and paste this code:

4. Edit [Your M2u Merchant Id]  and [Prefix] to your liking. For more customization, refer to your merchant manual and  edit the url based on your requirement. I lost mine, so I can’t help much until you give me a copy.

Last night,(ok 5 am is not considered night anymore) I had this weird but sweet dream. In my dream, I’m in some sort of hostel. I don’t know whether I’m studying or just some camps or some sort. The weird part is, I went there by bicycle(wth with the hostel if I’m going by a bike??). So there goes the setup.

Ok, long story dream short, I decided to live in the dorms. So I left my bike in a girls room(cuz her room is on ground floor.. and maybe because she’s cute too). She agree to keep it for me. Such a sweet girl. Then trouble came, they’re making a spot check on the dorms and I don’t have any idea why bikes are prohibited. So I ran to this chick’s dorm, scared that she might be punished for my fault.

As soon as I reach there, shes crying, while being scold by the wardens…. or whatever that guy is. So I try to clear up her name and confess. Said the bike is mine, and I don’t know the rules since I’m new. And whaddaya know, they all didn’t believe me. The girl is starring at me while shaking her head… like she disagree. “What??!! you’re covering me up???” I thought. The case ended with everyone thinks that I’m trying to cover her up. The bike was confiscated.

Something is wrong, after the event, I was gossiped with the girl. Which is fine by me, but the hospitality is different. It feels like everyone hates me for being close with that girl. So I went to the girl and ask her what the hell is happening.

Only then I know, that she was hated and bullied there like hell!!! She won’t tell me the reason how it all started. So that’s why she don’t want me to cover her up in that bicycle case. That’s also the reason why she live alone in a ground floor dorm at the corner.

Then she cry, saying she’s sorry for causing this misunderstanding. “So everyone here practically hates you eh?” I ask. She nod, dropping some tears on her lap. “And everyone here hates me just as much now?” I shoot her another question. She nod again, only that this time, she don’t have the power to raise her face again. I take a deep sigh~.. (more…)
